Insurance Assistance
Our practice accepts most dental insurance programs. Insurance companies can be difficult and challenging to understand. Our staff will help take the guesswork out of it for you. We will gather as much information possible to help you understand what type of coverage you have prior to your dental appointment.
It is important for you to understand that your dental insurance is a contract between you and the insurance company, which is set up through your employer. If you have concerns on the type of coverage it is best to talk with your employer. All estimated co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of service.
Financial Assistance
We offer multiple options for financing your dental treatment.
Option 1
We offer a 5% discount if the total service is paid in full with check or cash on the day that treatment is presented or completed. This does not include debit cards.
Option 2
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Option 3
We are also pleased to offer two choices of third party financing for our patients; CareCredit and ChaseHealthAdvance. Both are convenient, low minimum monthly payment programs for dental treatment. For treatment from $300 to $25,000, CareCredit and ChaseHealthAdvance have a variety of low minimum monthly payment plans or no interest payment plans.
